The Youth Program Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s youth-serving programs. Currently, the primary youth program is Transform, which consists of a first-year experience (referred to as Transform 1.0) that is well-established and a second-year experience (referred to as Transform 2.0 or, more often, the Alumni Fellowship) that is still evolving.
We’re looking for an open-minded, flexible, and committed individual who enjoys working with young people and is able to maintain a learner’s posture at all times. This position requires someone who is able to practice self-care to help mitigate burnout. This position is accountable to the Co-Executive Director of Strategy and Impact.
POSITION TITLE – Youth Program Manager
FULL-TIME/PART-TIME – Full-time start in January 2022; flexible start date
NUMBER OF OPENINGS – 1
EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT – Exempt
ACCOUNTABLE TO – Co-Executive Director of Strategy and Impact
COMPENSATION – $ 53,000-58,000
